"Monchshof" Kellerbier - one of the oldest varieties produced at the brewery. The term "Kellerbier" came from German brewers and means "beer cellar". In fact, he refers to methods of production of beer in the first half of the XIX century, when after the cooking process without filtering beer aged in huge tanks in the basement of the brewery. Thus, the beer is saturated with natural color foggy rounded, smooth body and beverages fresh aroma. And beer "Monchshof" Kellerbier has a beautiful hazy amber color and complex, mellow flavor. No filtering allows you to keep useful components in a unique, slightly tart taste of beer.
