Brewing a gin & tonic ale

Collaborations are a new thing in craft brewing, but sometimes they result in some of the most exciting, delicious beers in the world. Think about Hill Farmstead and Siren's Limoncello IPA, or Lindemans and Mikkeller's Spontanbasil.

So when Jonny of the Craft Beer Channel heard that Lervig had invited Wild Beer Co and Italy's Loverbeer to brew with them, he had to go along. Even if it was in Norway. It proved to be a remarkable meeting of minds, and the cognac aged gin and tonic sour ale...well...lord knows how it's going to turn out.
