Corsendonk Christmas AleThe bottles I was sent are 8.1% not the 8.5% the supplier specified in their marketing description which also describes this beer as 'Amber' - the bottle label describes the beer as 'Donker' (Dark) in Belgian and the English translation is 'Brown ale refermented'. There is no sediment from secondary fermentation in the bottle and it is a clear, but dark, reddish brown. For its strength it is a surprisingly drinkable beer and ignoring the vendors inaccurate description of the strength and type of beer this is worth a try.
