Beginning life as homebrewers, Wiper & True became a nomad brewery first – making their beers at whatever brewery had capacity to help out. They finally got their own premises in central Bristol in 2015 and since then have been dialling in their recipes and slowly creating a reputation as one of the most exciting and consistently excellent breweries from western England. Their flagship beer, Milkshake, was well ahead of its time in using chocolate malt, vanilla and lactose to create a pudding-style stout while their hoppy beers have got more exciting with every batch.
