Since 2003, the Brasserie Saint Germain in Aix Noulette near Lens and Béthune (62), brewing artisan beers with a reputation for quality. They are unpasteurised and undergo a re-fermentation process in the bottle which gives them natural keeping qualities. The reputation of our brewery is spreading steadily, thanks to the regular success of many of our beers in national and international competitions. In 2008, the brewery made a decision to only use hops produced by the French Flanders production cooperative in order to help maintain the cultivation of these crops in the region and to manage its supply chain in a sustainable way. Much investment has been made during the last 2 years, both in equipment and personnel, to enable the brewery to ensure regular growth while maintaining the optimal quality and artisanal character of its products. At the present time almost 6,000 hl of Page 24 has been sold in France and abroad, to the delight of consumers who are keen for new beer experiences.
