Pollen Cider
Pollen is really an experiment in blending cider apple varieties that was first conducted on a very small scale in a back garden in south London in October 2013. The apples for that first experiment were sourced from a tiny, domestic orchard in Somerset and the blend was carefully chosen to give fresh acidity with a hint of green apple but retain the spicy, bittersweet notes of traditional cider varieties.
