Mikkeller is to brewing what Walter White is to meth in Breaking Bad. A Danish former chemistry teacher, he brewed his first beers on equipment borrowed from his school's science lab, but went on to become one of the world's most famous and celebrated brewers. Except he doesn't even have a brewery – he brews in others'. Every recipe starts on his own homebrew kit, then is scaled up and brewed with partners that are now spread around the world. Putting his expertise with some of the world's best brewers has led to some of the most fascinating beers in history.
