La Rulles
Located in the forests of south of Belgium near the Luxembourg border, La Rulles use local the spring water to brew very modern takes of traditional Belgian beers. Using no spices but plenty of American hops they make aromatic, deeply flavoured beers completely unique in the Lowlands. From their gorgeous blonde to the rich, raisiny Stout De Gaume, their beers are perfectly crafted and endlessly drinkable.
