La Binchoise
La Binchoise is the home of Belgoo, one of the more modern Belgian brewers. They take traditional Belgian styles like blondes and saisons and give them a damn good hopping, resulting in great beers such as Saisonneke. But the brewery site itself has a rich, long history and has been the home of a brewery (and indeed malting) almost non-stop since the 14th century.
