Hawkes
Hawkes are a London company through and through. Started by Simon Wright to make an antidote to sweet sickly alcoholic ginger beers they produced their own Alcoholic ginger beer and managed to create and iconic brand. They have since built on that success and now have a cider to their name too. They take foraged apples from within the M25 and blend them into and excellent medium Dry cider. They are committed to charitable causes with 10% of all their profits going to the Urban Community project.
