De Troch
De Troch is based in the Bucolic countryside around Brussels and specialises in Spontaneous Fermentation as well as producing the 'Chapeau' fruit beers. Brewery records date back to the 18th century where Pieter De Troch first started the brewery, now in its fourth family generation they still continue to produce traditional Historic beers.
