De Struise
De Struise loosely translates as "the sturdy brewers" and one look at the ABVs on their beers is enough to confirm that, but their beers are also very subtle and complex. In fact, their imperial stout Black Albert has to be one of the best beers in the world, perhaps beaten by the barrel-aged version The Truth Can Set You Free. They also produce some delicious examples of more traditional Belgian beers like their blond Hendrik Geeraert and their amber ale aged over stone fruits. They truly are one of Belgians most exciting brewers.
