Brewski
A relatively new brewery on the scene, having only started in 2014, Brewski proudly proclaim that they are not a normal brewery. They set out to explore and set new limits for what can and can not be done within a style. Head brewer Marcus Hjalmarsson states "Just because nobody did this kind of beer before. Doesn’t mean it cant be done." their signature is a very modern take on fruit infused, hop forward beers.
