Starting life as a homebrew dream Birra Del Borgo was founded by a student who abandoned his studies to take a beer pilgrimage around Europe. On this trip he met beer masters in Germany, beer artists in Belgium and traditional brewers in the UK. Upon arriving back in Italy he began to make interesting and very creative brews of his own. Collaborating with some of the worlds best brewers Birra Del Borgo is now considered one of the best in it's own right having a brewery in Italy and one in New York. They are famed for their quality control and have opened their own research lab, seeking out ways to improve the beers without compromise.
