Anspach & Hobday
Anspach & Hobday was founded by two school friends, Paul Anspach and Jack Hobday, who began home brewing in 2011. In 2012 they ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to crowd source the financing of their professional brew kit, and have now begun production out of their Bermondsey site. The beers draw inspiration from London's rich brewing past, but are all brought up to date with a modern approach to both ingredients and technique. Complexity and character are the focus of all of the beers with each recipe being thoughtfully designed to deliver a great beer experience!
