This Session Lager (3.8% ABV) is brewed on our state of the art equipment. We use Pilsner and Munich malts from Bamberg, a generous dose of German hops and reverse osmosis water, all fermented slowly with our house lager yeast. It is then lagered for a minimum of four weeks. The end result is effectively a mini-pilsner: straw coloured, crisp, moreish, light in alcohol but not in flavour.
Braybrooke started in 2017 with just one aim - to make really good lager. Beer doesn’t have to be complicated as long as it’s made in the right way with a commitment to quality. That’s exactly what they're doing, brewing proper lager in the heart of the English countryside, near Market Harborough.
