Barrel Aged Liquorice and Sea Water Stout. This dark, robust, briny stout is flavoured with salted liquorice and aged in bourbon and scotch whisky barrels for over 10 months. This beer is rich, roasty and bold, certainly not to be missed.
Pilot was born when Matt Johnson and Patrick Jones met while studying for masters degrees in Brewing & Distilling at Heriot-Watt University in 2012, and it’s still just the two of us.
