The history of Brasserie Caulier begins in 1933 when miner Charles Caulier decided to set up a beer distribution company in the town of Bon-Secours however it wasnt until 1994 and 3 generations later that brewing equipment was brought and the brasserie Caulier was born.

Nice spiceI wanted another Belgian Xmas beer to look forward to and this 9% fellow fits the bill! Not opened this one yet but I've had it before and remember as a spicy blonde a little like Orval but more subtle.

ExcellentOne of the best Belgian blonde beers I've ever tasted. Can't think why it should only be for Christmas or winter. I've bought enough so I can drink it all the year round.
