This is it! The powerful, full-bodied, strong beer which is Andechs's trademark. Brewed in the traditional Triple Mash procedure and available throughout the year, not just during the "Starkbierzeit"!
Style Description: Doppelbock Doppel means double and while these are stronger brews than the traditional German bocks, they are typically not twice the strength. colour is light amber to dark brown. Very full body with a high alcoholic flavour. Low hop flavour and aroma.
