How to Order your beer, glassware and mixed cases from our shopYou must be 18 years or over to purchase beers, and alcohol from our shop please see age restrictions
You may order single bottles, single glasses and a combination of different bottle sizes, glass, and or cases if you wish.
Minimum purchase requirement is £30.00 plus our delivery charge of £5.95.
You may place your order through the website or call our telephone hotline number on 01622 710 339 to place your order.
The left hand navigation bar allows you to perform the following searches - keyword, A-Z, colour and style, gift packs and mixed cases, country/region and brewery. You then have the option of an advanced filter to further sort information.
For example: when you click on any of the search options on the left hand navigation all products in that search will be displayed in the main section with the option to use the advanced filter. When you find a product that you are interested in, clicking on info shows if a glass, case or gift pack is also available . You will also see a brief description and a list of other products you might like. Complete your delivery and credit/debit card details. Your transaction will be processed by Protex in a completely secure environment. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, together with tasting
notes for each product you have ordered and a unique order reference number.

Gifts, Gift Vouchers Many of our products can be offered as gifts. Please select the products you wish to offer as a gift. You will be prompted at the checkout for a message for your gift, this message will be hand written on a card and delivered with your order. Gift vouchers may be purchased, they will be sent to the recipient who will be asked to phone or e-mail in their order quoting the number on the voucher. The order will then be dispatched.
Trade orders South Coast and Greater London Cave Direct also supply specialist Bars, restaurants and Retailers in London and the south-east area five days a week. If your outlet is within this geographical area and you would like us to quote for supply of any of the beers on this site then please contact our office through the website. Many of these beers are also available on draught. Click on Contact Us, Fill in the Enquiry form, select Trade enquiry from the drop down menu on Nature of your enquiry. Trade orders anywhere else For Trade enquiries outside of this geographical area we have a weekly delivery and will be pleased to see if we can deliver either through our own distribution network or courier service. Click on Contact Us, Fill in the Enquiry form, select Trade enquiry from the drop down menu on Nature of your enquiry.
