Cider or Cyder
Cider or Cyder is a fermented alcoholic beverage made from apple juice. Cider varies in alcohol content from 2% abv to 8.5% abv or more in traditional English ciders. A recent addition to the Beermerchants.com range we have Pear Cider and Apple Cider from two of the UK’s top producers Aspalls and Thatcher, as well as Cidre Le Brun from Northern France.
Pear Cider is normally Pear flavoured apple cider, whereas the fermented juices of particular varieties of Pears, becomes Perry.
